Trinity Lutheran Church Memorial Garden

Dedicated July 19, 2015

A Place of Peace

After over a year of research and hard work by the Committee, the Memorial Garden was completed, and dedicated on July 19, 2015.

The Memorial Garden will need perpetual care — replacing plants, etc. On August 16th the congregation voted unanimously to adopt an amendment to our constitution to establish a committee to oversee the garden.

With Gratitude

Generous Donors

A big "thank you" to Hank Corcoran for his generous donations which enabled us to bring this project forward. Also received are donations from Paul and Helen Hall, Ann Walker, and memorials given in memory of our saints: Bob Stitt, Sue Weaver, and Pastor Trexler's mother, Maurine Trexler.

Many Hands

Faithful Labor

Many have helped in this endeavor, including Bruce Wade who gave generously of his time in clearing the area and developing drawings and a notebook with complete irrigation system instructions. Also George and Emma Phillips, Curt Panning, Jon Rasmussen, Randy Klaus, and others donated many hours toward the project. And we appreciate the prayers and support of the congregation.

In Loving Memory

Our Saints

We have two saints interred: Margaret Corcoran and Sue Weaver. Several other members have pre-paid for interment. Other family members have been memorialized on the wall.
